estra was born from a deeply personal experience and a broader realization about the state of women’s health. It was only after I had worked in women’s health for 4 years that I learned that my mom suffered from pelvic pain.
Her experience is not unique. It reflects a widespread lack of education, support, and innovation in women’s health. These gaps leave many navigating preventable or treatable conditions, alone.
estra was created to change that. We believe women deserve better information, better tools, and better care. By bringing attention to overlooked conditions and investing in clinical, evidence-based solutions, we aim to empower women to understand their bodies and access the support they need without stigma or silence.
